Sunday, June 21st, 2009Held every October in historic Provincetown, Massachusetts on Cape Cod, Fantasia Fair is a full “immersion experience” that is as close to living fulltime as you are likely to get without actually going fulltime. There is a whole week’s worth of activities and events scheduled to entertain you and to help you grow as a person.
More than 60 workshops and activities are already scheduled. The presenters are some of the finest and most knowledgeable people in and out of the Transgender community. There are sessions covering a wide-range of topics including marriage & relationships, facial feminization options, family issues, political activism, legal issues for the trans person, options for hair removal, sexual health concerns, and feminine movement & body language.
Back by popular demand are the Fantasia Fair Follies, the Fashion Show, the Wine Tasting, and the Gala Awards Banquet. The schedule also includes a welcoming reception, a late-night buffet and dance, a poetry jam, a tour of historic Provincetown and the ever-popular Karaoke Night.
